Since 2011, our corporate university, Winoa Academy, has been a cornerstone of our skills development policy. It designs and implements training programs aimed at ensuring a high level of expertise and providing long-term support for the professional development of our employees.

Tailored and Standard Programs to Meet Diverse Needs
Our training system is based on a diverse offering, combining standard courses and specific programs, designed to meet the needs of the group’s various activities.
Among these initiatives, the Winoa Start program, designed for sales teams, aims to strengthen mastery of our strategy, our offers and associated tools, to ensure consistent operational excellence.
Furthermore, our Winoa Academy Online digital platform allows each employee to access a wide range of training courses. It includes internally developed content as well as a library of over 26,000 modules covering more than 50 areas of expertise.
Language skills development is also supported through the Winoa Academy Languages platform, which offers access to more than 40 languages. English, the group’s primary language, receives particular attention, with specific programs including individualized training.
We also encourage every employee to take an active role in their own professional development through our online learning platform, Winoa Academy Online. Rich in internally developed content tailored to specific skill needs, our e-learning offering also includes an extensive off-the-shelf training library covering more than 50 business areas, with 26,000 learning modules currently available.

The group dedicates significant resources to training each year, with an average of 4.5 days of training per employee. This investment translates into a substantial volume of training hours delivered across all entities, totaling over 23,400 hours.
