Stone Blast – High-Impact Stainless Cut Wire Abrasive
Surface Roughening without Ferrous Residue
Frohn Stone Blast is a premium stainless steel cut wire abrasive engineered for fast, consistent stone texturing and concrete surface blasting. Its iron-free media leaves no ferrous contamination, delivering a clean, grainy, non-slip finish on curbstones, paving blocks, slabs and architectural stone panels. Compatible with all airblast and turbine systems, Stone Blast ensures efficient, high-durability shot blasting with minimal dust generation and easy recyclability.
Key Benefits of Stone Blast
Key Benefits of Stone Blast
Advantages of Stainless CW Media
Durable & Recyclable
Stone Blast cut wire offers superior media life with reduced breakage and lower consumption, improving cost-efficiency in high-throughput environments.
Non-ferrous abrasive
Its non-ferrous abrasive minimizes contamination on natural stone and architectural concrete, while consistent particle shape ensures uniform surface roughness.
Low dust generation
Low dust generation and compatibility with existing turbine machines make Stone Blast an optimal choice for maintenance managers seeking high-durability shot blasting solutions.
