For the second training session  the Italian market , Winoa gathered a diverse group of industry professionals from various sectors. The aim? To provide a comprehensive and immersive learning experience focused on practical skill development, advanced quality control techniques, and mastery of machine setup and adjustment. This hands-on training not only boosts short-term operational performance but also builds lasting technical expertise, essential for maintaining a competitive edge in the fast-changing manufacturing market.

Autumn session : Set to Shine with Loyal Clients !

The second training session of the year for the Italian market is shaping up to be a dynamic and highly anticipated event, reflecting strong interest and commitment from our clients. This latest event brought together 7 clients, for a total of 15 attendees.

From our local sale forces, Simone Rogina , Davide Silva, Denis Guerini, and Angelo Genovese who have been taking care of our guest . Their committed supports highlighted the value and trust placed in our training programs, which aim to equip professionals with the skills needed.

 

Diverse Expertise united for quality and loyalty

Participants came from a variety of companies such as Calvi, Sipa, Acciaierie Valbruna, Brembo (cast iron foundry), Foma (aluminum foundry), Sinco (energy and gas), and Coseco, (a global manufacturer of garbage trucks.) The profiles of attendees are diverse, ranging from Production Managers / Procurement department / Operators and Maintenance department.

This session aims to strengthen customer loyalty while providing in-depth training focused on quality control, with special attention to Winoa’s specific standards. Participants will also benefit from factory and laboratory visits, for a complete immersive experience

 

Combining technical skills and practical insights for better results in our French Tech Center:

The core theme of the training is “Being Well Prepared for Turbine and Compressed Air Machine Setup,” combining theory and hands-on practice have been lead by Pascal Frasson our WCare Expert and our Tech Centre Team Manager Philippe Guiguet, supported with both Daniel Bognier & Julien Bernou. A practical workshop was organized on identifying hot-spot using thermal camera or Almen strips deformations methods. Another workshop was specifically oriented for blasting performance measurements on surface Cleanliness and Roughness with our WA Clean and Perthometer

This session promises to blend technical expertise with valuable exchanges to ensure optimal results in production and quality control processes.

Our clients have responded very positively to our training initiatives, demonstrating both loyalty and trust in our programs. This enthusiasm is reflected not only in their participation but also in their continued business engagement. Following the latest session, Valbruna confirmed an order for significant volume of Stelux CM, highlighting the tangible results of our close collaboration started last summer during specific trials in our Tech Centre
