New talents, new energy, same Winoa spirit
Every year, Winoa organizes Winoa Start Week, a flagship event designed to welcome its new talents and partners. In early November, the Cheylas site once again opened its doors for a full week of learning, discovery, and networking.
This week is not just an immersion into Winoa’s products and technologies; above all, it is a human experience. Participants had the opportunity to explore the company’s history, culture, and strategy while engaging with colleagues from different departments and backgrounds.
At the heart of Winoa Start Week are the values that define the company: collaboration, curiosity, knowledge sharing, and an innovative spirit. Every session, workshop, and interaction is designed to create an environment where everyone feels heard, supported, and inspired, where it is possible to grow together and immediately contribute to Winoa’s mission.
The Winoa Start Week Experience
Every year, Winoa organizes Winoa Start Week, a flagship event to welcome new talents and partners. In early November, the Cheylas site opened its doors for a full week of learning, discovery, and networking.
More than an introduction to Winoa’s products and technologies, it is a human experience. Participants explored the company’s history, culture, and strategy while connecting with colleagues from different departments. At its core, Winoa Start Week embodies the company’s values: collaboration, curiosity, knowledge sharing, and innovation, creating an environment where everyone can grow, contribute, and be inspired.
The Faces Behind the Week
This edition of Winoa Start Week was made possible by the dedication and expertise of the teams and speakers who contributed to its success.
From planning sessions and workshops to sharing insights, they ensured every moment was informative, engaging, and inspiring. Their commitment reflects Winoa’s collaborative and knowledge-sharing culture, leaving participants supported, connected, and ready to contribute to the company’s mission.
Pantatec Workshop: The Drop Test
During Winoa Start Week, Vincent RADZIEJEWSKI led the Pantatec workshop, sharing his expertise in surface preparation and contamination control. He introduced the drop test, a simple but effective way to check surface cleanliness: spreading water means a clean surface, while beading reveals oily residues.
Vincent showed before/after comparisons using Pantatec additives, demonstrating how they remove contaminants directly during blasting. Participants could clearly see the improvement in surface wetting, adhesion, coating performance, and process reliability.
This hands-on session gave a clear, practical understanding of how Pantatec ensures consistently clean surfaces with minimal production disruption.
