Student job : Customer Service Representative

What you’ll do

• Process customer orders and register sales orders in our ERP.
• Issue invoices, quality certificates, safety data sheets, and other documentation requested by customers.
• Check order compliance with contracts and resolve any non-conformities.
• Issue delivery notes, transport documents, and create transport orders.
• Handle Finished Goods  Intercompany orders.
• Manage Intercompany receptions – confirming and pairing them with orders

Who you are

• A university or professional school student in Business, Logistics, Economics, Administration, or similar field.
• Organized, accurate, detail-focused, and comfortable managing multiple tasks.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-oriented mindset.
• English intermediate is suitable, Polish fluent.
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage, but not required – we will provide necessary training.

• Real experience in customer service, logistics, and sales administration.
• Training on ERP and internal tools.
• Supportive team and international team exposure.
