At the heart of the workshop with Winoa: Train, Share, and Grow Together
In today’s constantly evolving and highly competitive industrial sector, staying ahead requires more than delivering quality products: it demands a commitment to continuous skill development and deep technical knowledge. Aware of these challenges, Winoa is dedicated to supporting its clients beyond just providing top-tier materials. The company offers targeted training sessions and technical workshops to help teams enhance their expertise and adapt to modern demands in production and quality control.
For the second training session aimed at the Italian market, Winoa brought together a diverse group of professionals from various sectors. The goal? To offer a comprehensive and immersive learning experience, focused on practical skill development, advanced quality control techniques, and mastery of machine settings and adjustments. This hands-on training not only boosts operational performance in the short term but also develops lasting technical expertise, crucial for maintaining a competitive edge in the ever-changing manufacturing market.
Autumn Session: Ready to shine with our loyal clients!
The year’s second training session for the Italian market promises to be a dynamic event that’s eagerly anticipated, highlighting the strong interest and commitment of our clients. This latest event brought together 7 clients, with a total of 15 participants.
From our local sales team, Simone Rogina, Davide Silva, Denis Guerini, and Angelo Genovese accompanied our guests. Their dedicated support underscored the trust and importance placed on our training programs, which aim to equip professionals with the necessary skills.
Diverse Expertise United for Quality and Loyalty
The participants came from various companies such as Calvi, Sipa, Acciaierie Valbruna, Brembo (iron foundry), Foma (aluminum foundry), Sinco (energy and gas), and Coseco (global maker of waste collection trucks). The profiles of the participants are diverse, including production managers, procurement services, operators, and maintenance services.
This session aims to strengthen customer loyalty while offering comprehensive training focused on quality control, with special emphasis on Winoa’s specific standards. The participants will also enjoy factory tours and lab visits for a fully immersive experience.
Combining technical skills and practical know-how for better results at our French Technical Center:
The central theme of the training is “Proper Preparation for Installing Turbines and Compressed Air Machines”, a blend of theory and practice led by Pascal Frasson, our WCare expert, and our team leader at the Technical Center, Philippe Guiguet, assisted by Daniel Bognier and Julien Bernou. A practical workshop was organized to identify hot spots using a thermal camera or Almen strip deformation methods. Another workshop was specifically dedicated to measuring shot peening performance in terms of cleanliness and surface roughness with our WA Clean tools and Perthometer.
This session promises to combine technical expertise and valuable exchanges to ensure optimal results in production processes and quality control.
Strong customer involvement and positive outcomes:
Our clients have responded very positively to our training initiatives, showing both their loyalty and trust in our programs. This enthusiasm is evident not only in their participation but also in the continuation of their business commitments. Following the last session, Valbruna confirmed an order for a large volume of Stelux CM, highlighting the tangible results of our close collaboration that began last summer during specific trials at our technical center.
This second training session of the year at our Technical Center in France highlights Winoa’s ongoing commitment to offer expert training programs that go beyond just providing products. By hosting hands-on workshops, offering advanced technical expertise, and providing immersive learning experiences, Winoa equips industry professionals with the critical skills needed to excel in quality control, machine settings, and production processes.
A clear sign of success: ready for the next session, 10 participants have already confirmed their attendance for the next session in spring 2026…!
