Regional Sales Manager Scandinavia

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Regional Sales Manager Scandinavia. The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and develop sales operations, manage client relationships, and identify new business opportunities within the Scandinavian region. Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, monitoring market trends, delivering tailored abrasive solutions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. Effective communication, strategic planning, and providing technical expertise to clients will be vital to drive business growth in the region.

 

Qualifications
• Proven experience in sales and business development, with expertise in managing accounts and driving revenue growth.
• Strong relationship-building skills, client engagement, and the ability to understand and address customer needs effectively.
• Proficiency in market analysis and strategic planning to identify new opportunities and establish competitive positioning.
• Knowledge of the steel abrasives industry, technical solutions, or similar industrial products is highly advantageous.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English; proficiency in Scandinavian languages is a plus.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make data-driven decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
• Willingness to travel as needed across the assigned region.
