Technical Center operator

Who we are

We are a Tech Center specializing in blasting, shot peening and surface treatment technologies. We are looking for a reliable colleague to join our production team. This is not an assembly line position – the work is varied and involves different projects and customer orders.

Job Responsibilities

• Loading and unloading parts onto blasting machine fixtures and hangers
• Operating blasting and shot peening equipment according to work instructions
• Handling parts and materials throughout the production process
• Packing finished products and preparing orders for shipment
• Performing visual inspection of processed parts
• Refilling and replacing blasting media (abrasive)
• Performing basic cleaning and routine care of machines and equipment
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in the workplace
• Completing simple production documentation (job travelers, work records, etc.)
• Material handling using appropriate handling equipment
• Following work instructions, quality requirements, and safety regulations
• Cooperating with other members of the production team

Requirements

• Manual dexterity and willingness to work hands-on
• Reliable and responsible approach to work
• Willingness to learn new skills and processes
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
• Good physical condition suitable for manufacturing work
• Previous manufacturing experience is an advantage but not required
• Forklift license (VZV) is an advantage; training can be provided if necessary
