European Operations Planning Manager
I joined Winoa in 2018 as a Customer Service Representative. My role was very operational at first managing orders and organizing transportation. Even though I had held managerial positions before, I saw this as a great opportunity to start fresh in my hometown and grow within a strong international company.
Over time, I got involved in European projects and worked with international teams, which helped me develop new skills. Thanks to the trust of my managers, I gradually took on more responsibilities and was promoted to Europe Operations Planning Manager.
What I enjoy most at Winoa is the collaborative environment, learning opportunities, and the chance to contribute to improving processes across the company.

I started at Winoa in a technical sales role, visiting customer plants and supporting them in their processes. Being one of the few women in industrial field sales, I quickly realized I needed to prove my technical knowledge and build trust with clients.
Over time, I took on more challenging projects, led technical meetings, and became a trusted partner for customers facing complex challenges. Every day, I learn something new, develop my skills, and contribute directly to our clients’ success.
What I enjoy most at Winoa is the supportive environment and the trust my managers give me, which allows me to grow, make decisions, and take on bigger responsibilities. Working here has shown me that with preparation, dedication, and confidence, I can thrive in a field that’s still largely male-dominated.
Paola Cereda
Supply Chain Manager
I’ve been with Winoa for over 30 years, and my journey here has been anything but ordinary. I started in export customer service and eventually led a team as CSR Manager, overseeing sales administration and coordination across warehouses. Later, I took charge of a major European planning project (DRP) and moved into the central Supply Chain team, focusing on supply planning and inventory management.
What keeps me motivated is the chance to tackle new challenges and grow continuously—from daily operations to long-term ERP implementations involving cross‑team collaboration. Winoa has allowed me to evolve while staying true to what I know, and the supportive environment means there are always opportunities to learn and take on new responsibilities.

I joined Winoa to step out of my comfort zone and explore a completely new industry, even though my background was in IT and digital marketing. At first, I didn’t know much about the Korea branch and was a bit unsure, but my onboarding and the training in France helped me gain confidence and a deeper understanding of our products and solutions.
Since then, I’ve developed both technical and business skills—from managing e‑commerce systems and understanding inventory processes to collaborating with different teams and communicating effectively. Winoa has given me the chance to grow, learn from experienced colleagues, and contribute to bigger goals in digital and technical areas.
What I value most is the trust and autonomy I receive as part of a young team. At Winoa, I am encouraged to take ownership, make decisions, and continuously learn—something that motivates me every day and shows how digital expertise can shape the future of an industrial company.
