Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs)

We’re rolling out the new packaging in phases. Some plants like Spain and Canada have already started, our Le Cheylas plant is starting early october. Over the coming months, all Winoa plants worldwide will transition to this new, sustainable design.

Our new packaging comes with several innovative features designed to enhance sustainability and user experience. These include QR codes for easy access to Data Sheets and contact information, clear ISO certifications based on production location, and the use of 100% recycled source.

To access the Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for our products, please reach out to our customer support team directly. Due to regulatory requirements, we must provide SDS “in-person”. Once your request is received, the SDS will be sent to you via email or your prefered method. For immediate assistance, please contact us.

When we say our high carbon steel shot is “100% recyclable,” we mean that the material can be fully recycled at the end of its life cycle. While the availability of recycling facilities may vary by location, the worn steel abrasive is always recyclable in nature.

In areas where recycling facilities are not readily available, the end-of-life abrasive can still be re-used. Some locations repurpose the worn abrasive to create pellets used as raw material in foundries.

Our high carbon steel abrasive is designed for longevity and can be reused hundreds, even thousands of times. This is true for both wheelblast and airblast machines, making it a cost-effective and environmentally friendly option.
